• Must be a Michigan resident (we will require proof of residency)

    • Must be a legal adult 18 years of age or older

    • Must be able to prove financial need

    • Submit a written explanation of need for vehicle gas or grocery assistance to sksquaredmission@gmail.com

    • Applicants are also encouraged to submit proof of income and/or past due bills to support their application

    • If selected, our monthly beneficiary will choose between a gas station or grocery store gift card valued at $250

    • Grocery store gift card options are: Kroger, Meijer, Walmart, or Aldi

    • Gas station may be selected by the beneficiary based on their location

The beneficiary to receive the gift card of their choosing will be informed on the last day of the month via the email of the application.

All applications received will remain in our database to be considered for future months. Reapplying is not required.
